Description SHINE Technologies is seeking an Electrical Engineer who will take ownership in all phases of electrical design, coordination with other internal engineering groups (I&C, Process, Nuclear, Structural, etc.), procurement of equipment, commissioning, and start-up. Hybrid or remote work arrangement will be considered. While our headquarters is located in Janesville, Wisconsin, we welcome applicants from across the U.S. who can efficiently collaborate in a virtual environment. Also, this position is able to work effectively in either our Janesville or Fitchburg, WI locations. Candidates may be asked to travel occasionally for team meetings or onsite engagements, depending on business needs. The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$172,500 annually plus a comprehensive benefit package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
