About the Role
As a Millwright Apprentice at BOS Innovations, you will support the build and assembly of custom automation systems used in advanced manufacturing environments.
Working alongside experienced Machine Builders and trades professionals, you will gain hands-on experience assembling, installing, and troubleshooting automated machinery and robotic cells. This role is ideal for someone early in their millwright career who is eager to learn, contribute, and develop their skills in a fast-paced automation environment.
You will be exposed to a wide range of build activities, from interpreting drawings and assembling components to supporting testing and installation, with opportunities to grow into more independent responsibilities over time.
