About the Role
Supervise a team for projects assigned, including potentially other employees assigned to be the Project Lead of a specific area of the project. Become the project expert and key communication contact for all items related to resources, scope, budget and timeline to the PM, management and within the assigned team. The Sr. Project Lead will remain in place through project completion and will evaluate the assigned team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Demonstrate Sr. Level capability and performance of project work.
- Ensure Project Planner is up to date with weekly project updates and planned hours for the duration of project
- Become the Playbook champion for projects assigned; managing and verifying regular QCC updates are completed (delegate as appropriate)
- Own the Project Budget(s) for your area, ensure adherence, identify ways to optimize it and immediately communicate any risks identified to the PM
- Fully understand the Project Scope(s) for your discipline ensuring you communicate to the PM any items identified that may fall outside the original scope
- Assignment of tasks among team members that utilizes the strengths of each person
- When required, act as the supervisor for all department team members providing daily oversight of work completed
- During onsite project periods may be required to act as supervisor for additional departments and disciplines.
- Review the Project Timeline daily to understand requirements, manage adherence and complete scheduling duties
- Host or attend and actively participate in Project and Team whiteboard, meetings, and communication
- Responsible for Customer (when required) & Management communications related to area of expertise
- Actively track all issues that arise on project(s) assigned and manage/lead the solution development
- Required to think innovatively to solve problems that arise and make decisions that lead to project success
- Appropriate Elevation of critical issues and information in a timely manner
- Team performance including ensuring they have tools required, maintain effectiveness, and remain motivated to produce quality products
- Provide Project Team Survey response at S10
- Provide regular feedback to manager about project and team member performance. Complete this intermittently to support positive change, and at the completion of each program to support annual performance reviews
