Job Description

As a Technician in the Field Services Group, you will be responsible for the support of customers and project teams in the field as well as have the leadership and technical skill set to lead and mentor up to 4 other technicians. You will report to the Installation Team Lead and work remote when you are not at a customer site. Your Responsibilities: Capable of setup and calibration of instrumentation and valves including SIS Safety Systems Performs loop checks and troubleshoots discrete and analog signals Produces and/or revises technical documents to indicate instrument calibration and field wiring changes Supports system commissioning from the control room console Knowledgeable of control system architecture including hardware, software, instrumentation and networking equipment Basic understanding of analog and batch control Learns and applies client and company standards and procedures Capable of providing technical support of PLC/DCS/HMI configuration based hardware and software Maintains reports to track issues, solutions and customer improvement initiatives Knowledge of the control methods to develop sustainable DCS, PLC and HMI applications Responsible for testing and debugging applications in preparation for deployment The Essentials - You Will Have: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
