Retention Bonus: We value dedication and commitment, this role is eligible for a retention bonus after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period and at 1 year of employment, paid as a percentage of earnings. Variable Pay: In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for variable pay, provided as a monetary bonus, based on performance metrics and production targets.

Our Electrical Maintenance Technicians are responsible for installing and troubleshooting electrical equipment within the mill to support the long-term quality and production goals of the organization. This position also performs preventative maintenance to ensure electrical equipment reliability.

Electrical Maintenance Technicians will train Monday-Friday on days for the first 3-6 months. After training, the EMT will work 12-Hour Rotating Shifts on a family friendly modified Dupont schedule, working 14 of every 18 days, with every other weekend as a requirement. Individuals in this position are also required to work on holidays, weekends, and any necessary overtime. Put You Ahead Completion of a trade school degree in the Electrical or Electronics field Two or more years’ experience in Industrial Electrical work Experience installing, examining, replacing, or repairing Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and motor controllers Experience with running conduit and installing electrical infrastructure to code Experience using Programmable Logic Controls (PLC) and Controls; identifying major components, wiring input/output cards, and reading basic ladder logic diagrams At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
