The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $25.00 - $36.00 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You’ll Do

  • Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and documentation to build products to specification

  • Install and wire electrical components, including switches, motors, junction boxes, lighting, photocells, and control enclosures

  • Bend, install, and secure conduit to meet build and safety requirements

  • Solder electrical connectors with accuracy and attention to detail

  • Perform electrical checkout and functional testing to ensure products meet quality standards prior to shipment

  • Download and apply PLC-based programs and program drives according to engineering guidelines

  • Operate forklifts and cranes as needed to support manufacturing and material movement

  • Support the onboarding and training of new employees and temporary team members in your work area

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required; associate degree or technical training preferred

  • Approximately three years of hands-on experience in electrical, electronic, or controls work preferred

  • Ability to understand and follow electrical codes, specifications, and safety standards

  • Comfort working at heights, including climbing ladders and scaffolding

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 25 pounds frequently

  • Willingness to work in manufacturing and field environments with exposure to moving equipment, electrical systems, and chemicals

  • Flexibility to travel 25–35% or more, occasionally with limited advance notice
