Integration & Automation Engineer (Python / C++ | Manufacturing Systems | Robotics & Workflow Automation) We are seeking a highly motivated engineer with strong Python and C++ development experience to design, integrate, and maintain cross-platform automation systems supporting manufacturing operations, robotics, and enterprise workflows.

This role combines software engineering, systems administration, manufacturing engineering, and industrial automation to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and scalability across production environments. Responsibilities Design and develop cross-platform applications Build workflow automation tools to streamline engineering, manufacturing, and systems administration processes.

Develop and maintain automated systems administration scripts for deployment, monitoring, backups, configuration management, and diagnostics. Integrate robotics, PLCs, sensors, conveyors, and material handling equipment with MES, ERP, and production systems. Support automation for manufacturing engineering processes including testing, calibration, traceability, and production data collection. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, controls, and manufacturing engineers to deploy scalable automation solutions.

Troubleshoot software, network, and hardware integration issues in production environments. Develop monitoring dashboards, logging systems, and reporting tools for operational visibility. Participate in system architecture, code reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist in robotics integration, motion control systems, and autonomous material handling workflows.

Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field. 3+ years of experience in software development and systems integration. Strong programming skills in: Python C++ Experience developing cross-platform applications. Knowledge of automation scripting, systems administration, and workflow orchestration. Familiarity with manufacturing environments, robotics, or industrial automation systems.

Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware/software integration issues. Preferred Qualifications Experience with robotics frameworks Knowledge of PLC programming and industrial control systems. Understanding of motion control, machine vision, or autonomous systems. Experience building internal engineering tools and workflow utilities. Desired Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently in fast-paced engineering environments. Passion for automation, robotics, and manufacturing innovation. Typical Projects Automated deployment and monitoring tools for factory systems. Robotics integration for material handling and warehouse automation. Manufacturing data collection and analytics pipelines. Cross-platform engineering workflow utilities. Autonomous inspection, testing, and traceability systems. Factory equipment integration with ERP/MES platforms.
