Primary Location: United States (US) - Illinois - Moline Function: Operations (CA) Title: Maintenance Team Leader- 3rd Shift - 120972 Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position Your Responsibilities As a Maintenance Team Leader- 3rd Shift for JD Seeding Group - Moline located in Moline, IL , you will be: Assign and monitor the work of skilled-trades personnel to accomplish customer requests, preventative maintenance, and project work Plan for maintenance of equipment that improves reliability, efficiency, quality and safety Diagnose machine malfunctions to root cause, recommend solutions, and support the execution of the repair/improvement plan Provideexpert review and analysis of equipment spare parts lists, preventive maintenance plans, and documentation VISA Sponsorship is NOT Available for this position.

What Skills You Need 3 or more years of general maintenance, mechanical engineering, or factory automation experience Ability and willingness to support a multi-shift or extended-shift operation Ability and willingness to work occasional overtime, including weekends Effective communication, both verbal and written Ability to work 3rd shift What Makes You Standout Experience in maintenance leadership role in a union environment Technical experience with design/diagnostics of mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems Automation and controls troubleshooting experience with Allen-Bradley components and Rockwell Automation PLC software 1 or moreyears of experience interfacing with machines through multiple communication protocols (e.g.

Ethernet, DeviceNet, Serial, Profibus, Modbus, etc.) Experience working within SAP PM module Experience with machinery and equipment safety standards (e.g.
