- Be the first responder for all troubleshooting activities at the ACCRA presses
- Monitor, maintain and improve all systems related to the ACCRA process
- Collaborate with engineering, production and maintenance staff to eliminate downtime and increase throughput
- Troubleshoot and repair various types of electrical controls, drives, die electrical problems, hydraulic issues, robot paths, etc.
- Assist tool and die in the troubleshooting and repair of the ACCRA dies
- Track and effectively communicate machine issues to other shifts, maintenance and engineering
- Use laptop and various software programs and network interfaces to communicate with equipment
- Read and troubleshoot PLC programs
- Collaborate with technical staff on improving HMI & robot programs
- Supervise and assist production on all press changeovers
- Perform preventative maintenance requirements as scheduled and assigned
- Schedule time, materials and equipment required to perform tasks, and to properly use and complete required documentation
- Understand part print requirements, assist ACCRA Tech with understanding and reacting to quality related issues
- Lead and maintain 5S standards
- Support of Production as and when required
- Assist in keeping a spare parts inventory
- Additional responsibilities may be added when necessary
